MIchael Kennedy

Artistic Director

Founder and Artistic Director of Creative Action Unlimited, Michael is a playwright and director with over 30 years of human services experience, including community organizing, counseling and creative group work. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Development, a Master's in Community Psychology and has completed extensive specialized training in creative action methods with individuals and groups. She is known for her compassionate, practical and insightful guidance.

Michael Kennedy is a peer who is peerless. Michael speaks truth to power and she does it so well because one of her many super powers is that she is a scrupulous listener. If you know Michael you know that look on her face when she's reading you. If you're bullshitting watch out, but if you're speaking from your heart and soul then you're in luck because you've encountered one of the last of a dying breed: someone who is fluent in the language of the dispossessed and who knows how to translate it to something that motivates us all to do better.
